    Title: Frozen loading at 98% into Rift's End
    Reproduction Rate: Twice so far
    Blocker? Yes
    Details:The game froze while loading from Northwood into Rift's End. I waited 2-3 minutes before killing the process.
    Steps to Reproduce: I clicked the boat at Northwood Docks to enter Rift's End, and the game became unresponsive at 98% of the load screen.

    What do you mean 3 weeks we are dealing with this problem in live play.Don't need to que up for QA to see it. Without a doubt one of the most annoying bugs ever. Since 3 days after R53 release i have a rotating selection of POT i can't access without crashing at 98%

    I'm guessing that you thought you had a fix for this issue, since it's old news. There've been lots of these reports for the R53 build. :)

    Details: Same problem, stuck loading into Rift's End and also Port Phoenix POTs.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to enter POTs normally. I usually do not have problems with NPC towns such as Northwood and Kiln.

    Possible workaround - take off the Shroud of the Avatar and other Dread Artifacts - the Bonesteel Crown, Heart of Sorrows before trying to enter a POT.

    I took those three items off and was able to get in Port Phoenix, Diamond Fields and a few other POTs without any problems.

    The items are VFX heavy so maybe that is the problem.

    @Lexie @discipleofweb this doesn't work for me. (I unequipped everything)

    - I am at 100% repro on the game not responding at 98% when loading into Rift's End from the world map or Northwood using the boat, and recalling directly in from any location - on both Windows 10 and Windows 7.

    After letting Windows close the process that's not responding and logging in again - my character is usually reported as still in-game - in Rift's End - at that point, if I choose to load in to Rift's End - it works.. it's just entering it from the World Map or Northwood.

    It would be nice to see your output_log.txt after the game became unresponsive. output_log.txt is usually located at C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Portalarium\Shroud of the Avatar(QA)\

    I looked for that previously - I believe that was disabled R51 or R52..
    (on/around 4/25/18 - since that's the date of my last one for QA client)

    No, the output_log.txt was never disabled, it is just located in a different directory since Unity 2017

    Weird - I got nothing there anymore for a few releases now.

    I poked around, and found a new location here, it seems:
    %installdir%\Shroud of the Avatar_Data\sota_log.txt

    Maybe for some reason it got moved there - you're using the Steam client - I'm using the non-Steam version - perhaps logs are being output in different places now.

    Well yeah that sota_log.txt is the output log file for non-Steam client and it would be nice to see it.

    I added it earlier - according to it, it seems like everything loaded OK - and then the game froze - so probably the log stopped updating when the hang occurs.

    I got the same error [EDIT: warning] to my output log before the loading screen became unresponsive on my PC.
