[Known] Blind 20% of Expected Debuff

    Title: Blind 20% of Expected Debuff
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Casting a 5 stack of Blind on the dragons at Grunvald only gives about 20% of the debuffs (avoid and dex) as is listed in the tooltip.

    I'm guessing some magic resistance from the dragons is coming into play here, but I cannot say with absolute certainty.
