In my situation, yes the metropolis would be larger than any one municipality contained within that metropolitan area.

Man... I just worked dash and sprint up "solely" for the reason, so I could get my butt across my POT in a hurry if a member or guest needed my assistance...
Am I reading this right? Did I just burn up all that XP to raise those skills, only to have the speed reduced?

The speed boost is what turn me on to the skill so I could run faster...
Man, if you guys are nerfing that... Can I please request a horse that moves at the equivalent speed, or maybe a steam punk bicycle?

That speed boost was Cadillac style... Very useful...

 

Are you in combat when you're running across the POT?

I'm sitting here with my woman, and am asking her, cause she's the one that pointed the speed boost out to me originally...
I had to put dash and sprint in a deck because they wouldn't float into my utility bar, but she just told me hers is in her utility bar without having to go into combat...

So let me do a check on my toon's kung fu and see if I'm all SNAFU...

OK... My dumbass had Ol' Zeke looking like a poster boy for a prophylactic...
I got sprint and dash in the utility bar now instead of a combat deck...

I know the feeling here Zeke. used to alternate between fleet flute/ dash/zerker on while in combat mode, now have to get used to fleet flute/dash and quickly going in and out of attack mode. Its a pain just like when they took away the ability to have 3 avoidance buffs at the same time a while ago. Adapt, Improvise and Overcome. Gonna drop dash into my utility bar as well next to the musical note for fleet flute. R/Boris/El Pirata

 

Be advised...
Once you drop it into the utility bar though... You wont get the stack effect... (IE... Your Cadillac style speed is gone...)
You'll be recasting more...
Your gonna wear your hot key smooth out...

Brother, the utility bar is not a big deal, mobs here in Crags start out at a quarter health and bump up when you hit them and then again at random, and its not just the elf mages that self heal its all the mobs including wolves and bears. SOTA math gone nuts. R/Boris/El Pirata

You aren't wrong. The strikethroughs didn't copy over properly from the google doc. Fixed now.

 

There's that item that removes commissions on a vendor for a month or something. Apparently it works on a public vendor. So some of those big ticket items you see on a public vendor might be with no commission. But they still have to watch the expiration to keep the item out of the shredder.

I am a firm believer in an open-world full-PvP economy. And if they do it to themselves, it's not griefing. It's them tipping you for the convenience of having the item available.

if it's eliminating the fees entirely on a public vendor, that's two bugs on top of the "to to" repitition.
