Blood River Outskirts Hermit (help request)

    Hi,

    I need help in knowing how to handle the grumpy hermit up in the treehouse. When I first arrived in the scene, it seemed a few people mentioned him, and I spoke with him through the door. I don't remember what I said, but he got mad and now it just says the door is locked and I need to find the key. I played through the entire scene, hitting what seemed to be the three main threads: vigilantes, cloth helm of truth, and corruption druid. But I never found or came across a key to the hermit's door.

    Is there anything to do there? Am I supposed to find a key and go inside? Or is this immersion/environment building? I'd like to wrap up any loose ends before moving on, if I need to.

    I don't know. I've been all over the ground near the tree and all I have to show for it is a large stash of mandrake. Is there a second and/or third witness that can testify to either case?

    Cant find a key anywhere! Other than on the ground any further clue? is it on the platform of the tree or further away?

    There's a lot of confusion around these doors, and I apologize for that. The fact is there's nothing inside that room, and there's no reason to search for any key. I just went into the scene and removed the visible locks that were misleading people. Instead, there will be a message on the door that says "The door is locked from the inside" when you try to open it. (There won't be any mention of a key.) I think this change will be in with the next update.
