Details: i saw this at the soltown archery target, which had several people using it. i copied out the combat - others log to try the skills but none of them reproduced it, which suggests it was a self-affecting skill that wouldn't be logged.

@Alley Oop Any ideas which skill this could have been?

 

...i copied out the combat - other chat log, i tested every skill listed in it, it wasn't any of them, hence my theory it's a self-buff, because those aren't listed. i'm not sure how you would have me narrow it down past that.
