[Repro needed] Cannot Execute Combos

    Title: Cannot Execute Combos
    Reproduction Rate: sporadic
    Blocker? no
    Details: Return of previous bug. Press "R" to initiate a combo but you cannot make a combo. All the happens it the first glyph stacks like it is charging.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16274
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU RAM: 6052
    SotA.Win.64.791.Date.06.06.18
    Area: Novia_R1_Forest02_SpectralMines_Exterior
    Area Display Name: Spectral Foothills
    Loc: (69.3, 69.3, -75.3)

    I'm not able to repro. I'm able to hit the key, use R, then hit the key for the other spell. Combo is then set.
    Are you trying to use this with locked spells and not unlocked perhaps?

    It is when using one locked and one unlocked. Unfortunately, I am not able to reliably repro either. :( Sometimes it works just fine and sometimes as I previously described.
