    I'd love to see it taken a step further and bring the lore to life in the game by reenacting lore scenes and stories.

    I'm no lawyer but, couldn't the legal onus be put on a person (owner of account) responsible for his account if he were able to contribute 'player stories' in a more direct way other than published in-game books? A terms of service update to include some extra additions regarding new features. I don't see how that doesn't stand up, legally.

    I think this is why the "Scholars of Novia" never went forward. I cannot recall the specifics, since it's been so long, but I know it definitely played a part.

    Not only encouraging, but exciting! I,for one, would be more than happy to contribute in any way deemed appropriate and allowable, above and beyond those allowed by existing systems.
