Show / Hide Quest Items

Can we please get a hotkey to toggle the visibility of quest items in the inventory?

 

Also, certain items are annoying as quest items; Shroud of the Avatar, Fiona Fitzowen's Gear, any gear that players want to use regularly. Granted, they are quest items, but they are also gear that players may want to use from time to time. So, as it is now, I have to use Show Quest Items and scroll through the list to find the item I want to use to equip it. Then, I have to Hide Quest Items again. This is very inefficient. Can we maybe mark these items as unsellable/modifiable and remove the Quest Item tag, once we aquire them? Alternatively, maybe you could add a tab to the Inventory list that shows only quest items. Quest items wouldn't even appear in the other tabs, just the Quest Tab.

 

I understand that there are reasons to make sure that some items remain in your inventory. I'm fine with this and they don't weigh anything. I just find myself showing and hiding them a lot and a hotkey would make life better.

 

Agreed, but I hate having to toggle the Hide/Show Quest Items. Would be nice if they had their own Tab in Inventory. No toggling needed then, just click on the Quest Items Tab.

Yes, both of you are right:
the more items come into the game the more important is it to provide an easy way to sort/toggle and find what we need

 

That’s actually perfect, in that for new players they sometimes forget they have quest items hidden. I’ve just seen that happen from time to time on the forums. This eliminates that from happening.
