Collector's Boxes Shipping & Arriving!

Germany here. I got the shipping notification in French/English yesterday (from a Futurlog domain) and another notification from German DHL that I got a shipment for pickup deposited at a nearby post office. Since I'm not expecting any other shipments this must be my SotA CE copy. After all these years... whew, finally!

I don't think they are doing same day deliveries in Germany from France so shipping notifications have obviously been sent out later than the actual packages. I'm also in between slightly irritated and amused that we had to pay $15 for "international" shipping but OK technically France to Germany is still "international", albeit a tad bit on the expensive side for a EU shipment .

Oh well, just glad it's finally here, really... now all that is left for them to deliver to fulfill all KS promises is that epic offline single player campaign. Will we see it this lifetime? Whatcha think?

 

I received my CE box today but I never received any email saying it was mailed or anything , if I was suppose to.

 

UK here, received shipping email late yesterday evening, no delivery yet.

I just received my package 1 day after the e-mail. I'm in California, USA.

Open your packages folks - what if you die in an accident having never enjoyed the experience of that luxurious cloth map for the first time.....

 

UK here, email arrived yesterday and the box arrived today!

Looks really good, even my wife was routing through it, pulling out the papers and the cloth map etc.

 

Thanks so much!!! I can't wait to see one of the actual finished ones myself! It'll be cool to see the real, manufactured final product, as opposed to my hand-made mockups... Hopefully everything inside and out was created to perfection!

I've now received all but one... Ironically, I haven't yet received the one for my Original account.

@DarkStarr What is the day you want us to wait for before we tell you we didn't receive a package? Right now, I would assume it is too early.

 

Heh, won't be at least until next week for me. Had it sent to my work and I've been taking Friday's off for my vacation.. with the holiday I won't even get the chance now until Tuesday.

 

What I don’t understand is if I got one yesterday, you would think the other would be with it or a day later. I have only tomorrow. I won’t be around from Saturday to next Saturday night. It’s going to ruin my vacation if it doesn’t come tomorrow. It will be on my mind someone is going to steal it when it sits out there for a week. Sucks!

 

Why don't you just ask a friendly neighbor to pick it up for you and hold it ?

My In-Laws do. They are in the same condo complex, but they have individual doors and open breezeways. But you can see packages sitting at the door from the parking lot/drive through and it’s the most busiest lot because you need to drive through that lot to get to our Recreation Center/pool. But my In-Laws are coming with us this weekend and won’t be back until next weekend. Just concerned since their neighbors are older and may not go looking for it.

 

Is there any news on when we are going to receive the book and if that's going to require another international shipping voucher?

It's being worked on. No ETA, no pictures. If you paid for shipping in the original pledge/transaction they cannot charge you again/extra.
