Make it so equipping a deck doesn't clear the alternate

This is what mostly prevents me from using a hotkey to equip something. I always leave my alternate deck as a "buff, pre-cast longer defenses" and a main battle deck. But every time i try to equip something with a hotkey, the alternate deck is changed with the current.

Not good. I'd like to have a way to always keep my alternate untouched.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure what you are saying is getting changed. Are you talking about the gear that you have assigned with your buff deck, and when you switch to a different deck that gear is changed? If this is the case, you don't have to assign any gear to a particular deck, so nothing will get changed when switching between decks.

No, i'm talking about having a deck and an alternate defined (eg: #1 and #9), when i use a hotkey to equip a specific deck (eg: #5), then the #9 "alternate" gets replaced with #1. That's what i want to avoid.

Doesn't happen to me, and you're post is the first time I've heard about this.
    2 questions come to mind:
1- Have your kotkey's for those decks ever worked ?
2- Have you double-checked your key bindings ?

Look, i made a video (once uploaded). The bindings are Alt+#Deck (Alt-5, Alt-6, etc).
So you're saying this is not the usual behavior?

It looks like it is working properly. The only thing that is being changed is which deck is considered your Main Deck and which is considered your Alternate. I didn't see any of your decks move position within the list. So, from what I saw, you should still be able to use Alt+<Deck#> and get the same deck each time, regardless of which one is considered Alternate/Main. The Ctrl+X key combo changes which deck is Alt/Main.

You want to lock your ALT deck to buffs. That is not possible without going through the interface. I like it the way it is working currently.

If you know what your buff deck is... just use the hotkey to switch back to it. Not that hard.

Put it on alt-0 whenever you want to buff hit alt-0.

Of course i already do this. Just saying it would be much easier if it didn't mess up with my alternate. Why do i need to disrupt an alternate deck by hotswaping the main? Makes no sense.

I understood your problem and totaly agree with you. If you use a buff deck it's a big problem using alt+#deck

Problem is: if you equip a deck through the interface it does NOT change the alternate, so why using a hotkey should be any different? Just make another hotkey to change the alternate. Anyway... :/
