    Not a replacement for an official answer, but the storewide sales are active and the home page is currently tracking stretch goal progress so it seems likely they'd be okay.

    As an additional note: because of this unplanned internet outage at the office (which wasn't our fault and came unexpected and at a perfectly wrong timing... sigh), emails will be delayed. This includes support as well as register and purchase confirmation emails. However, no site or game functionality is affected by this.

    Actually I was looking forward to this segment. There are a lot of player written books around and great interest in collecting them. I can't see them filling up an hour with all the info and possibly some hints and types. But we'll see. I can understand how it would be uninteresting to some, but it is another cool system within the game.

    Yes & the Serious Authors already know how to produce books...

    I "get" your interest...
    I have a whole trunk filled with books I have pilfered during my Shroud adventures.
    So I am not against books & collecting them in any way...

    I just feel that a whole hour, spent on discussing where to buy blank books, writing your book
    & how to save it in a notepad document, throw it in the "Custom Books" folder, click the blank book & hit Publish (selecting the saved file & adding a title) is an overkill of an hour in a Livestream...
    (especially when Shroud needs revenue to keep developing & continue polishing content.)

    I just spent 60 seconds typing out "how to publish a book".

    I still maintain that it didn't/doesn't need an hours worth of verbiage & padding to explain the system,
    when it can be written out & explained simply (so players can refer to it along the way & do it themselves...)

    Just my 2 cents...

    Generally speaking you're probably right, but if Scottie's involved there probably will be an hour's worth of interestingness from his presence alone. I think he's the real main attraction people are looking forward to more than just the books.
