Title: Leg Sweep won't unlearn at 40 - Stays stuck at 40
    Reproduction Rate: 1--%
    Blocker?
Details: On my secondary character, I have been unlearning the Polearm skill and training in Swords. I have been unlearning each skill in Polearms, but it seems Leg Sweep stays stuck at 40, and will not unlearn any further. It DID unlearn from 60 to 40, and then it just stopped and won't unlearn any more. So far the rest of the Polearm skills are unlearning just fine. Except for leg sweep.
Steps to Reproduce: Unlearn Leg Sweep from 60. When it get's to 40, it will be stuck, and will not unlearn any more.

@Jaesun, your screenshot is showing the skill is a flat line, not training, instead of two red down arrows, unlearning. there's also a possibility you still require it for the skill below it: is skewer at zero?

Ooops! Wrong picture, updated. Note there is not one single sliver of green XP shown in the skill.

Not one single thing will make Leg Sweep skill go down (at 40). Fighting, buffing, nothing. It stays at 40 and does nothing, and won't go down.

The rest of the Polearm skills are unlearning just fine (so far).

okay, that takes care of the first question! do you still have skewer? if it's at or below 20, you right click it and unlearn the rest of the way.

Here's the whole Spear Skill Tree. Skewer is at 1. And the other skills are also going down just fine, except for Leg Sweep? It's really strange.

I DID however use a Scroll of Unlearning on the main Spear Skill, and I thought that would unlearn the ENTIRE skill tree, but found out it does only unlearn ONE skill. I did that first, when I decided to start unlearning the Spear Tree.

I used that scroll first, then proceeded to start unlearning the Spear Skills. All the skills were going down just fine (and even Leg Sweep, until it was reduced to 40).

nope, it's not weird. just as you could not get skewer until you got leg sweep to 40, you cannot take leg sweep below 40 while you have skewer. right click skewer and forget it.

these dependent requirements for unlearning will apply to the whole tree.
