Pumpkin head and Owls Head lich boss regen seems broken

    Title: Pumpkin head and Owls Head lich boss regen seems broken
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Seems like both new bosses burst heal way more than what seems reasonable even without other enemies around them. Not talking about normal regen, but combat log says "Pumpkin Head is healed for xxxx health" , up to hundreds at a time and quite frequently.

    I can't be 100% sure this is a bug, since the enemies are new but appears to me like they might be able to use their drain power mechanic even without other mobs around.

    ................................Read the patch notes. That boss regen related to nearby rotten pumpkins. Destroy the pumpkins..you can kill the boss

    Correct! These two new bosses draw strength from their surroundings... one from pumpkins and the other from his allies.
