Very High GPU Load

    Details:In certain areas I'm getting very high GPU load, looking out at the water on overworld map pushes the load to 98-100%.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4) System RAM: 15913
    GPU: AMD Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics (POLARIS10, DRM 3.23.0, 4.15.0-38-generic, LLVM 7.0.0) GPU RAM: 7960

    Yes overland is very hitchy for me on R59 and R60. I need to turn the camera view from top to down for it to perform on the overland.

    I was getting like 93Fps, and wasn't hitching too bad. I tried other areas facing the water and the GPU Load was between 70-80, it was just that one area down near Mysterious Swamp that jumped up to 99-100.
