[Info needed] possible bug in my house (and I don't mean cockroaches)

Arrrgh, I'm not at the inn right now.

Soooo, I turned off something I didn't know I did. How do I undo it? Or specifically, where do I find it to turn on? Or are you saying when i do a /bug and it brings me to the forum do a control v even if I didn't copy something and maybe the info will paste?

yes. the /bug command does the copying for you. it's all ready to paste.

 

So I open the chat window, click on the blue gear in the upper R corner and this is my current chat window options settings:
Disable Chat Bubbles
Disable Synchronization With Chat Bubbles
Disable Clickable Keywords
Continue Chat After Submit
Disable Auto-Hide For Chat Window
Enable Profanity Filter
Use Opaque Background

Am I correct in assuming it's probably the opposite of what these say because the chat window auto closes after a few moments

Easier to understand - on the main screen I clicked on the 3 gear icon and then selected the "interface" tab. Everything is checked EXCEPT what I'm listing below:
Auto-Hide Hotbar
Show Combat Hotbar Out of Combat
Auto-Hide Top-Right HUD Buttons
Auto-Fade Maps
Skip Conversation With Merchants
Always Discard Mail After Take All

Finally just noticed this - there is an icon in the upper right that when I hover over says "report bug" when I click on this the same thing happens as when I type "/bug" in the chat window - my browser opens up to the forum.

Is there any settings listed that may need changed? Or did I not even come close to the correct setting info?

Once we know the settings are right I'll head home and get stuck in the room again.

This bug report is for the room with the double bed.
Another difference here is that I jumped to the wall where the 2 above I just walked across the line of doom.
There appears to be a vertical board on the walls that indicates the line as well

I don't know if this is proper use of the /bug report but I think this is a Lana issue. I'm standing next to the tree that is growing branches into my inn. I can't remove the tree.

I am aware - it's Lana who has been a part of this conversation. Is the other /bug info helpful in resolving the stuck issue?
Not that it's a big deal to game play but plays heck on my feng shui.
In all honesty - I've enjoyed the interaction addressing the stuck problem more so than it being a problem (which it's not)

 

New one. I went up to the roof of my inn and the icon wouldn't turn green to open the door to the room on the roof. However, even with the door closed the icon let me interact with a chest in the room (through a closed door) and climb the ladder in the room to the 2nd roof. From the second roof I opened the hatch and climbed down into the room but couldn't open the door to exit. Maybe my Gothic inn is in reality the haunted Gothic inn - gotta think on that one.

Kinda screwed that one up, intended to climb the ladder to the top roof and jump down to the larger roof to escape but got turned around and jumped completely off and died. Here is the /bug before I jumped
