[Known] 3 x 3 room can't have lighting on ceiling

    you can't place iron chandeliers on the ceiling of the 3 x 3 rooms. also, wall torches can't be places anywhere on the walls, but only in certain areas (not too close to the corners), but only around mid wall. makes lighting the room very difficult.
