    Box was sent priority mail (USPS guardentees 2-day delivery) and it took four days to get to me (they should get a refund on that one). Unfortunately, it did not have all of the items my pledge should have had like a signed property deed and a signed map (got an unsigned one). It also didn't have any kind of invoice that others have mentioned showing their pledge level. Yes I have emailed support who is on vacation (and well deserved). Stay tuned for the resolution.
