    Yeah. The question is, "Why in the hell are people just buying boxes getting them before people who bought them 5 years ago?" Unacceptable! @Chris

    probably because the people that haven't received their boxes from their pledges haven't been working directly with support to resolve the problem. no amount of posting in the forums is going to get anyone a box. emailing support@portalarium.com is the only possible solution.

    in what way is it wrong? i was unaware that anyone out of portalarium could send the boxes.

    Did you get yours? How many emails did you send to support? How many times did you have to reset your mailing address? How many times do people have to say how many times?

    yes, i got them. i did not have to send a single email. i changed my address twice over a year ago and updated every time they asked.

    even though it went "smoothly" for me, i do understand that the process has been frustrating for some. my only point is that portalarium are the only ones that can do anything about it. if anyone is unwilling to work with them to solve the issue, what exactly to you expect to gain by posting about it here?

    care to elaborate?

    I'm sorry. I don't seem to see any Portalarium credentials attached to your profile. Maybe you should just stand down and let the professionals handle this. Unless you're support? Or a dev?

    I got mine... I'm going to do a final review of the game for EPS1 and in the background have the box in my fireplace ablaze.
