    It is a mining artifact, and is unique in color...

    @Chatele,

    Because of the lore behind the artifact, it is probably; and this is speculation, a PVM drop. But... I could be wrong.
    All the BMC did was supplied the lore behind the ring, a proposed design, suggested the stats, but ultimately left the stats and the drop rate to Port based on it's effect on in game economy.
    What Portalarium did, was then went into dark mode, created the ring, informed us that it was in game, but would not give any freebies or disclose any of the stats on the ring. And believe me, I asked for both, LOL!
    I was told to go find it... :)
