QA R63 Row house won't disappear when choosing empty lot

    Title: Row house choice doesn't stay when you choose it
    Reproduction Rate: 100 percent
    Blocker? not working
    Details: I selected empty lot and it keeps reverting back to with a house option. It notifies me the change to show visually may take a moment to see but it does not happen and as mentions switches back to the with a house choice.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 32683
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6052
    SotA.QA.Win.64.807.Date.02.22.19
    Area: POT_alpine_metropolis_01_template/Wizards Rest
    Area Display Name: Wizards Rest
    Loc: (112.6, 38.0, 24.7)

    I did that to report this and when I reported there was no QA started yet. It was a heads up.

    So, I don't think the option to have no home on a row lot space is in yet.....or in R63 (did they say it was going to be in R63?)

    In QA the option is now there. It is bugged so I reported it.

    Okay, the option is here too on R62 ("Empty House"). I just didnt' think they made it functional yet and hadn't seen it in the bug/task list or the R63 draft post is all. Maybe they'll get it in, who knows
