Title: Rough Stone Roadway Paver Dead-End - Not Placeable
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
Details: Rough Stone Roadway Paver Dead-End, while placeable when not near other roadway pavers, become unplaceable when moved within about 2m of another paver. This limits their usefulness, and become unusable for their intended purpose.

See the image below... The pave is placeable when not near the other Rough Stone Roadway Paver, but when moved into position abutting the second paver, it begins flashing red/green but is ultimately non-placeable.

    Possible Z-Fighting?

The reported location is an example location. I saw the same behavior yesterday while building roads in my town in probably a dozen different locations.

The paver are in-place in this location as depicted on the left of the image if you would like a test case.

I'm having problems with most of the cobblestone and rough stone roadway pavers flashing red/green when trying to place them near other pavers.

I've placed a LOT of the Rough Stone over the last few days... Haven't had an issue with any other than the Dead-End.

I'll have to make a movie, maybe post a different bug?

Happened to me as well. (cobblestone roadway pavers) Pavers can be quite stubborn... I found a way to fix it though. When you drag them they stay green for a bit before turning red again. What i do iis that i just click on the paver , drag it and immediately release it. Do that several times to get it in the right position.
