Viking emote Seer issue

I was taught the "Viking" emote, but, since it was a teachable emote, I could not teach it.

I wanted to have the ability to teach it, so did the quest in South Boundless Forest. When I finished the quest,
I received the appropriate speech from the seer, and the gold and xp reward, but not the emote in a teachable form.

 

did you check uor emote list. Mine says Viking -> Teachable. I haven't tried to teach it to anybody though, so I can't tell you whether it is teachable or not. Is your issue that you didn't get the emote, it doesn't say it is teachable, or that you tried to teach it to someone and couldn't drag it to the interface or they didn't learn it. Or is the problem that you get notified in the text that you didn't get?

 

I was taught the emote from another player, then did the quest.

Upon successful completion of the quest, the viking emote never changed from "viking" to "viking - teachable" in my list of emotes.
