Fizzle increased in R64

    Anyone else noticed fizzle of skills increased in R64?
    Using same gear, and same devotionals ( I usualy take the -5% fizzle one) my fizzle is increased of around 5/7%, unfortunately don't remember excatly how much was the fizzle before, but seems like definitely higher now.

    Yes i have noticed it as well.
    I never used to fizzle on 6 stack fire ring, now i dont even bother charging past 3.:(
    Meteor shower i now only stack to 3 or 4, fails occasionally as well.
    But something has changed. Like you, i never took notice cause i never failed like now. :cool:
