I made a minimum $ purchase and still cannot use the public forums.

I made a purchase (5 days ago now) for the game thru the shroudoftheavatar.com website yet I still do not have posting privileges for the main forums.

@Rear Admiral, unfortunately there isn't anyone on the forum that can help you. You need to send an email to support@portalarium.com and a Dev can look into your account. Hope everything is fixed soon.

 

My advice is to also send Atos an In game Mail. Port has been without a CS person for ages. Idk if the person they hired caught up with the support tickets so you might not get a timely reply anytime soon.

Sorry Tazar, it would seem it's only here that I can post =/. Chris forwarded this issue to the team. My subscription, which I was using to access the forums, renews today.....

 

Next year and I still can't post anywhere but here. LOL.
