    Title: Lights are not retaining their state

    Details: lights are not staying lit that were left lit by the owner.
    Steps to Reproduce: Turn lights on in a player house - force a scene reload/reset - lights are off.

    When the scene resets, the state of all lights reverts back their default settings. A planned new feature will allow the user to set the default state of a light, via a right-click menu.

    I had hoped to get the lights change in this release. Might happen mid-release if things go well.
