    You are told to press 'K' to access/review your skills but pressing 'K' doesn't open the Skills window.
    Probably SBG-1907 should mention that pressing 'K' to access/review your skills only works after you have finished your conversation with him.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Talk to SBG-1907
    2) Learn a new skill from him
    3) Close the conversation
    4) Talk to him again
    5) Press 'K' as instructed
    7) Type 'skill'
    8) Press 'K' as instructed

    Normally shortcuts won't work while a dialogue window is open ... maybe this was the case?

    I assumed it was a commonplace assumption nowadays that letter-based hotkeys can't be used while in chat mode, but if it's not clear enough then it's not a biggie to add a few words to that effect. :) Issue #65098
