    Looks like its just the name as I got +5 dex on it.

    Mine lost the rare title but moved up to +28 dex.

    It is the name that is bugged. Mine went to +28 dexterity also.

    Mine also does not have the rare tag, BUT , it is also not enchantable or masterworkable like the previous regular one was. Has anyone else had this issue as well? were you able to enchant yours?
