Regarding to the change of new reagent cost, the weight for player grown reagent should also be reduced. I often bring around 2k and now it is not enough for an hour of adventure. Most of the weight in my inventory are now contributed by the reagent.

We're going to need those pack animals real soon if this goes on

    Are chaos mages affected similarly?

Its rof, banish, meteor shower and maybe ice field have had their reg costs increased. I dont know if there are others but i dont THINK so, could be wrong.

I think you're right in that only AoE's had their reagent costs hiked up. Too bad Chaos doesn't have a chaos field where a dozen different random bad things could happen to a mob :)

I would first try just not using warlock chain. I hardly ever use mine these days. It’s very liberating.

This is just me but I feel that using a very powerful artifact has to be a very deliberate choice that carefully balances the costs vs benefit. Anything that doesn't require this should be a lesser or very situational artifact (ie. lucky ring for example)

What the heck are you casting that's costing you 2k/hr ?
And is that 2k total regs, or 2k for a single reg ?
Oh, and do you use the Potion for a week of -25% reg cost ?

I have obsidian potion to reduce reagent cost and mainly casting banish undead. SOTA math work very well with + reagent consume chance :)
