I can't sign in

Hi.

I can't sign in in the game with the same credentials I used to enter here.
Does someone where can I send an email to support and fix it?

Presuming you have access to the email you used to register, you can reset your password through the login interface on the website. This will likely resolve the issue.

There is a whole number of flukes this could fix (including ones on server end as well as user error entering the password, such as caps lock or symbol mixup.)

If you are using Login by Steam, for the game Login By Steam only works for game login if the game is downloaded launched from Steam. Otherwise it is inconsistent. If the box is greyed you need to quit the game, completely quit steam, relaunch steam, and launch the game from steam.

Yes, yes, thats my problem.

In both cases using email or using Steam credentials, the game always say me wrong username or password.
I reseted the password two times and it still say me wrong username or password.

I already wrote to support, hope they can help me.

 

Hi... I have the same problem too, the same pw works for website but not the game... suspect escape chars bug in game login as I use wider punctuations.

 

Make sure your forum account is linked to your Steam account.

Note that this can not be undone. Once a Steam account is linked it can't be unlinked. (I think this has to do with how Steam refunds work.)
