    Title: GM summon pathing issue between POT and lots
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: GM summon pathing issue between POT and lots.
    Steps to Reproduce: summon monster on empty row they spawn outside and cant attack anyone in the blank.
    same goes for larger lots sometimes they spawn outside of lot.
    User Specs:

    I am guessing that this is [As Designed] to prevent someone from spawning numerous monsters on a players lot so that the player dies upon log-in. Player lots have always been safe-zones other than for those who flag for PVP. But - I am kicking it up for Dev Review just to be sure.

    This is also similar to the fact if you have a tamed pet it won’t enter many lots any more. It gets stuck all over possibly due to the number of npcs in the lot

    I would think that if someone was preventing that they would loose the privilege's of GM powers rather than limit trusted GM.

    This is in fact an interaction between the permission systems. Even with a GM potion you have to have correct permissions on a lot and the lot has to have the ability to accept the action.
