[No Response] Paying back taxes to claim new lots

    I am a patron and I have returned after some time. I know I claimed a couple of lots prior to departing but I do not remember where or when. It was before the game was updated several times. I, therefore, thought that this matter was closed. several game publishing so I thought it was just deleted.
    Imagine my surprise when I went to Avillion POT and found out I owed 13625 of back taxes. Now I must tell you I actually paid this amount at least twice but it still registers that I owe taxes and cannot claim any lot in any town. Now is that right? Can you please correct this matter?

    @blayzefire, at a guess, you're running into the two-step process for paying taxes. you use the "add credit" button to pay gold or crowns into your tax account. this shows in the lower left of the window as your tax credit. you then use the "pay lot taxes" button in the lower right to use the money in tax credit to pay off any balances owed.

    Thank you for answering. Ok here is my problem. I put in the amount of the tax owed say 12000 and hit ok...it acts as if I had put in nothing. The pay lot taxes is not there. Only the claim lot which is a vicious cycle. Any help will be appreciated.

    Yes as soon as I am in-game. By the way, it does not matter which town I am in the problem is the same. Since I have just returned I do not yet have a guild, know anone, or have a place to lay my head. It's kind of hard. So any help would be great.
