New and Confused

Someone please help me I just found out about this game from a friend through SC and he got me founder status
then I upgraded to Knight.

So my question is that It sounds like I get 3 houses plus light house but 1 lot? and if I want to upgrade my basement I do that through the store?

my main confusion is I don't have to buy a lot since I pledged Knight correct? only if I want to have extra homes?

You have one lot. To pick one house. If for some reason you want two houses at once, buy another lot.

 

You get one (1) rent-free lot via the pledge reward, and additional lots would have to be purchased via the store (when available) or in-game once it releases. The basement add-on is through the store, I believe.

I think the limitation on lots was intended to make sure there would be enough available at launch, before they opened the real estate floodgates.

can I ask another stupid question? or two?

if I pledged knight do I get everything that's below Knight cause it just says includes all rewards from edelmann level and edelmann level says all rewards from citizen level ect ect

just clarifying so I don't buy repeat pledges like royal artisan ect

 

Yup, you do.

 

Yes, you get EVERY reward from EVERY level below your own level, except in the case where the same reward is duplicated (ie, you only get one lot.) There is a wonderful spreadsheet located here: Shroud of the Avatar (SotA) Pledge Rewards

 

As for the houses below Knight, I believe you get your choice of the houses, but still you will only receive one house and one lot.

 

As a "Founder" you receive ALL homes from all previous tiers.

 

You get 1 lot and all the houses of your tier and below. If your a founder you get the benefactors also.


Think of it this way . You bought a piece of land, and x number of sears house kits. Once u build a house on your land, you still have the other kits to build if you can get land, or to sell.
