    • The Ring of the Unknown BMC Member no longer features any dual wear restrictions with other BMC rings. The encumbrance bonus has been halved to help accommodate the dual wear restriction removal. The Mining Meticulous Collection Chance now scales from 2% to 6% instead of 3% to 9%. The Health penalty on The Ring of the Unknown BMC member now scales throughout the tiers. Common varieties feature MUCH less health penalty compared to the Epic versions.

    So? 150%/2= 75%! NOT 40%!!!!! Or something wrong in my calculates? Now this artifact, which i bought for 50,000 igg totally useless!!!

    the text under the picture in your own screenshot says the encumbrance bonus adds onto your heavy lifter and may not actually give you the full percentage listed.
