[Not a Bug] Skills not gaining in Tanning

    Title: Batch, Swift Refine, and Efficient materials are training
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: 3 of the 4 skills will not "train" or increase in level with "green triangle" activated. Base skill levels up just fine, the rest do not at all. I had 14 million crafting xp and it would not budge at all. It did not take any exp either, just simply would not train.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use the tanning table, craft orange dye?

    I was able to replicate. I cannot find any other skills that are broken like this

    @Lebu, if you look in the tanning section of the recipe book, there's a subsection called refined materials. the refine materials skills apply ONLY to the recipes in that subsection.

    this is true for all the refining trees.
