   Some time ago I paid several weeks of taxes in advance. Now I want to upgrade my deeds to tax free.
   To do this, I must have the deed in my inventory, which entails vacating the parcel and the taxes that I have paid in advance remain as a tax credit.
   If I am no longer going to pay taxes, can I get that tax credit back in some way?
