Greetings Anglers! I hope to see some of you during the next month at Rock Ridge. Be sure to check out the Builtin board at the end of the main dock for chances to win during the Fresh Water fishing event in October 2021. As in the past you may want to keep a look out for Hedley Lamarr... He is again up to no good as he tries to acquire a bunch of dimes from the locals for some nefarious reason. He may offer you a bribe if you are the first person to open a trade window with him during his fishing time... Rock Ridge is easy to reach from the Brittney docks and has fast travel boats just off the main dock for other event towns... Good luck and good hunting!!

In fact, please consider planning events to overlap the duration and chosen locations of this event to add interesting twists to the objectives. Please post these events in the in-game events forums and the Community Manager will promote them on the Events Page. Event holders can request quick data checks to determine their winners, but not all such requests will be met if the data is too complex or time consuming to determine.

Grats brother! I know that made your day this morning.

...however please take another look at the side of the Odd Container and I think you'll see it says "Property of M'hul Island"
I understand that the print was quite tiny and you may have missed it.

I will give you the opportunity to return the contents of the container that was illegally removed from M'hul Island with no questions asked

 

It would be great if 1. The container remained as deco after it was opened, and 2. There was a date and place of where the container and the cloak were found, similar to trophy fish and pumpkins

Sorry, each entry needs a separate POC to be fair to other players and groups that have multiple towns. I've added Phoenix Haven under you as the POC. I can alternate between the 2 towns as you come up each time, or perhaps get another player who can be a dedicated POC for Port Phoenix to act as their coordinator for the event, that'd be great too This has come up before, and I'm just trying to avoid possibilities of any 1 town network or owner of multiple towns dominating the contest. I hope you understand

I finally stopped being cheap and bought the 2 fishing statues yesterday. I placed the Saltwater last night in Novia Market, so good to go! Thanks for the heads up @Lained

 

Ì tried Brittany Fort today, but found that it has fresh water. Shouldn't that be saltwater for the R95 contest?

 

Whyte Roc's is set to Salt water. For some reason, I do not recall getting the message that I was up this round. Weird. All good though.

Thank you very, very much for the reminders, I truly appreciate it! Brittany Fort is now salt water.

As always, there's a 500 Crown reward for all record and lucky fishies caught at any time in Brittany Fort. Yay!

You don't even need to be the person that caught the fishy, just the person that gives it to me. So, you might even find a fishy on a vendor or stashed away in an old chest.
