The map is the only thing I'm 100 percent happy with about this project.

Looks like a great place to adventure.

I certainly hope we get a regular none jigsaw puzzle version of this soon as well! Revealing it at E3 would be cool.

    Smack - Well compiled Sir!

That's what I like to see - a bit of dedication and a bit of organisation.

I must admit that I was having a go myself, but rather like collecting football stickers in the old days I a was a couple of pieces short at the end. This map of yours has allowed me to fill the missing bits and now I too have the finished article on the Photoshop screen.

Always the thinking-person's approach to have a decent map organised before setting out on a quest. No use thrashing about in the wilderness when there are dragons to slay and hordes of demons to sort out!

Ok, it's here at last folks. The OP has been updated with the new revised map that was revealed with this week's Update. Also, as promised I've released the raw PSD so you can make your own maps with different layers, changing the fonts, colors, etc. Looking forward to what the community does with this.

As far as the latest map reveal, there does not appear to be any major changes except the removal of the jigsaw puzzle lines and the color shading. The longitude/latitude lines did not change, so I'm wondering if that was just missed or they'll change the ones on The Hidden Vale instead, due to the conflict I posted about.

It would be great if they also released a version of the map without any labels at all, not just for the purists that don't want any place names, but would give map makers the flexibility to pick and choose which labels to show, and where.

I've got an awesome surprise for everyone!

Many thanks to Stephen for taking time out of his busy schedule to send me a version of the map that has no labels! He's given me the OK to release it publicly, but wants everyone to know that the maps are all still a work-in-progress as they are still undergoing further changes.

I've also updated the OP with this new map, and updated the raw PSD file to include it as another layer. I also added two more layers that might be useful to some folks: 64 x 64 and 128 x 128 hex grids. Please note that the hex grids are not official and I have no idea if that's how they map to the underlying true hexes in the game, but it gives you an idea of hex density.

Here are the exported maps (unlabeled version) with hex grids for those that don't have Photoshop: 64x64 and 128x128.

Thank you, Smack. The 128x128 grid link leads to the 64x64 picture, though.
