If there is eating, will there be toilets?

    --So, as in most mmorpg type games, we will eat, and eat, and eat. But will we have to go to the toilet?
    --True, it might be inconvenient in the middle of a battle, and a new crafted item (toilet paper) would be required, but hey, wouldn't it add to the immersion?
    --And there is always the possibility of CASTSPELL/DIARRHEA

    While it would be an interesting option for like some hardcore mode, I doubt they'll add it. So you'll just have to RP this aspect and use one of the many buckets they have in game :)

    Yes there will be. Every time you go out to the overland map you take a bathroom break, just like in U5. :>
