Recipe DB or Wiki

Anyone have a link to some good receipe DB's or Wiki? I have the SotA Wiki but I dont think it is complete or up to date?

Would be much appreciated!!

 

You can check out SotACrafter, too. SotACrafter has the same recipe list as SotAWiki. To date these are all the recipes that have been both discovered by the community and reported to either the SotAWiki team or myself.

If you haven't been following SotA development, please understand that the game is still being developed. There are scant few recipes currently in the game compared to what will be there at launch. The recipe lists our sites have are as complete as possible, but there are still a few Cooking and Butchery recipes missing, as I understand it.

 

As this is the first release with cooking and alchemy I'd imagine that the SotAwiki will take a few days to get up to speed.

 

These are the new recipes that can be purchased, If someone could do me the Huge service of trying them & reporting back How many are Produced at a time would be very helpful

as far as i can recall, repair kits are 1 off
plate of apple pie was 5 pies

 

The Apple Pie needs 4 plates so it would make sense that it makes 4 pies, From 1 apple no less!!, pretty lame pie imo. Ha

 

I think the bark bread made 8 but i might have bought some beforehand

Currently the number of recipes that are usable is restricted. If you weren't lucky enough to get certain items before they stopped spawning, you can only create 2 items: banana bread and bark bread. You can also do yeast culture and salt. The other recipes require empty flasks, wooden bowls, wooden plates, bottle of wine, or mustard seeds. These don't seem to be spawning any longer or were never added to the game.

For butchery, you cannot create duck meat, pork meat, bovine meat, and chicken meat. There no place to find ducks, cows, or pigs, and chickens don't seem to be skin able.


Venison eat produces: 2 animal bone 1 fat, 3 venison meat

Rabbit meat produces: 1 rabbit meat

Mutton meat produces: 2 animal bone, 1 fat, 2 mutton meat

Yeast culture produces: 2 yeast culture

Salt produces: 3 salt

Bark bread produces : 8 bark bread

Banana bread produces: 6 banana bread

Repair kits produce: 1 kit

Potions produce: 1 potion

 

How do I discover a new receipt?

I've mainly used the tanning skill so far and can make Hardened Leather (2) and Supple Leather (2). I cannot use Animal Hide Scrap yet but would really love to as I have more than 300!!!

 

Place the proper items on the crafting table, and if the "Craft" button lights up then there is a recipe associated with what you placed (whether you know it or not).

Regarding your leather scraps : You can place six of them as a replacement for the hide.

 

When I craft I just double click the pic in the crafting book and all the items are automatically placed on the table for me. I would then assume if I successfully learned a new receipt, that it would pop up automatically and be added to my crafting book. No?

 

You are correct, the new recipe will be added to your crafting book.
