Is there any way to add a vsync option under graphic settings?
It's the first thing I turn off in every game I play and almost always
    improves performance.

Can't you force the VSYNC setting with your GPU driver? Both AMD and NVIDIA should have options to have a global setting or let the application decide.

    And Freesync! :)

I'm 100% sure that setting is there. In fact I run with it off

And for g sink it is part of the video card there is no need to make it a setting for the game. It replaced vsink and it not something that gets built into a game graphics

I'm pretty sure you can't override in it in video card settings. The unity engine forces it back on. I'm gonna check right now to be sure.

Yah I already have it set to "Always Off" under advanced video card settings. The game still turns it on. This is typical in games without a vsync setting. The game turns in on regardless of my video card settings. And its not specific to my video card. This has always been the case on the many video cards I've had. I also googled the issue and its caused by the unity engine. I did stumble upon some coding solutions for unity developers. Stuff Portalarium would understand.
