Details: Once you fall down the open hole in the undead area, you need a key to open the door so that you can leave the area. It's been a while since I've been here but I'm pretty sure that the key needed to open the door is a drop form something here. I killed and looted everything, except the ghost, and there wasn't a drop. Even checked the two chests for the key. I had to use the menu and spawn on the overworld map to get out of the area.

This is the door that requires the key: Area: Spectral Mines (Novia_R1_Forest02_SpectralMines) Loc: (-109.2, -15.0, -23.0).

There was also an area I couldn't get to. Maybe the key was in there. (See a previous bug report.)

- Kill stuff in the area hoping that the key will drop

Have you checked the chest in the storage room? Unless they changed this, that is where it should be. It will be in the area where the Thugs are.

 

There's an area of the Mines that you can't get to right now, there an invisible wall on a couple of the doors/arches. One of the leads to the big catwalk that I believe goes to the key room. Now that I checked my map and such, I'm sure the key is in a room in the area that you can't get to.

 

That can be a problem. I've encountered at least two such invisible walls that I've already reported, Hilt fortress and the Rise. There may be more of them.

 

I've found some in Hilt that you can jump over the geometry to get by them. Unfortunately for this one that trick doesn't work.

 

You are correct. The key is in a chest in a room that is currently stuck behind an invisible wall. We will resolve this asap. Thanks for reporting.
