Tailoring masterwork fails, but nothing is destroyed

Tailoring masterwork is failing 100% of the time and nothing is being destroyed.


It's my first time doing it, so maybe I'm doing something wrong. I'm putting the tailored item and 5 silver ingots in the window and it's letting me hit the craft button. Then it fails and nothing happens.

I don't think it is just this one. I repeated this same issue with enhancements.

Furthermore, I failed every time I attempted an enhancement. 30 tries resulted in 30 failures. The percent chance started at 77% and the last few were done at 88% (I think).

 

I was able to do enchantments and carpentry masterwork, but tailoring masterwork wasn't working still.

Maybe it's a per character issue?

 

I was unable to enchant or do tailoring masterwork. Nothing is destroyed or improved. The chat window says the item has shattered into pieces but it can still be equipped. I haven't tried carpentry yet.

Hey guys! I found our issue and have implemented a fix for it that will be available in the next patch. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

 

I still have something similar:
Tailoring: I am trying to tailor a Wolf Hat, I did not learn the recipe from a scroll, but just added the ingredients. Below equipped tool, I get the message "You don't have a high enough Tailoring level to learn the recipe: Wolf Hat"
However I can try crafting and afterwards the recipe shows up in the list to the left.

Every time I try to craft a Wolf Hat, it fails. I get the message: [...] all fuels were consumed
My tailoring level increases over time.
However none of the fuels are consumed and I can go on crafting, failing and gaining tailoring levels.
