R32 Land Rush status

Just some quick stats on cities I just visited:

Anyone can edit the sheet to help keep it up to date. Remember:

- The numbers indicate # of available lots for that town and lot type
- All dates/times are in CDT

 

Would you like me to move this to general discussion? I think lot selection goes beyond R32 feedback, and it would gain more attention there.

How were you able to perform the "Recon" so quickly on opening day?

So, all the row lot deeds and village lot deeds are sold out....I just want a little shack somewhere....what are my options if I cant buy a deed for some land??

 

Bundles have lots deeds in them still.

I went to most cities that supposedly have Water Castle lots and couldt not find any that were open. A few cities that said they have them, didn't. Didn't they say they made enough water lots for each contributor that was supposed to get one? Kind of frustrating spending all day running around and come up empty handed, especially after such a large contribution

 

Hmm, I don't think they guaranteed enough water lots for every eligible backer. Which cities said they have them but don't? I'd like to correct any mistakes on the spreadsheet where possible. I know there's a current bug where if a Water Castle lot is claimed, it changes from "Water Castle" to just "Castle" in the lot list from the town crier.

Also in just the cities I looked, there were still some Castle Water lots available. Take a look at the spreadsheet and see if those look enticing.

Not surprising to see even some town and village lots gone to the highest pledgers in these cities.
Not a fan of that, but it is how it is.
Will be interesting to see how it proceeds.

 

That's easy to explain.
The big deed goes into the PoT.
So you place the smaller deed first in a prime location.

Bingo. I couldn't figure that out, but you are undoubtedly right. That also explains why Town lots were getting claimed more often than City today. Town was the tax-free secondary lot type awarded to the top two groups (Lords of the Manor) . Happily, at least for Town lot holders, there weren't that many of those issued and we're almost down to Dukes, which got village as the secondary lot.

 

Honestly i will place my village lot first as well. If possible as waterlot.
Or maybe the city as water.... waaaah choices!

 

I thought you could only place one lot in your first time window. Those with 2 deeds on their account have 2 time windows. Not sure at LOTM level though. Surely the same?

 

So am I going to be forced, half way through August, to choose a row lot over a village lot because all the big boys WAY above me chose town and village lots over their ginormous castles?

Seems rather unfair, but I suppose it is what it is.
