My game seemed to have the same symptoms, but then I realized every time I entered a property, even just clipping a tiny piece of it, my game froze and threw off the camera. I don't know if this will help anyone, but taking nameplates and changing settings weren't working for me and this might give another avenue to explore.

A great way to see the skipping issue with clarity and regularity is to go to the edge of the world map where you can look at water and you'll clearly see the wave animation stutter regularly. I counted a repeatable, continuous stutter occurring once every 2.5-3 seconds. The stutter is not as obvious when walking until your mouse does the 180 degree flip or you end up looking up at the sky for no known reason, so this is a much easier way to see if fixes help.

I have a 880 GTX mobile with updated drivers, for reference.
    Edit: typo in the 880

Yup I've got this issue as well. I hadn't noticed a regular time interval but I feel like I only notice it when panning the camera and it flips like crazy.

My computers not a beast but it gives good frames most of the time and it's all up to date.

Same issue as well, the timing of the "freeze" seems to occur in a regular pattern, also finding it often flips me into 180 as others described. Occurs in scenes and on world map.

I have a similar issue with severe camera/mouse jerk when I'm in close quarters like running up the stairs in the Shuttered Eye tower or in single tunnel caves/dungeons.

Of course I'm using nvidia gpu insteand of internal one; moreover you can hear if your gpu's fan running or not, you can't miss it ! And of course W10 sucks ! Indeed. I'm using W10 pro.
But thx for answering guy :D
Anyhow if it occurs in regular pattern, I may remember it has been appeared in R32. Atm I'm just playing since 4hrs without any pb ! I dunno if it is due to the load of the server /w nameplates or any settings like that.
Btw I'm not able to reproduce it one hundred % on my own initiative :/

Yes turning them both off helps a lot.

Just wish they would program it for multi cores.

Like, one for movement, one for graphics, one for combat, one for chat etc....

What's then point of having multi-cores if no game using them

if you are a mage who likes to click the skills with the mouse cursor, DO NOT play with "show hotbar tooltips" on with patch 456, you will experience a 30+ fps drop every 1-2 seconds even if you stand still and do nothing besides hovering the spell with mouse cursor
