Glad it worked! My address bar had a "true" at the end instead of "edit" and no top bar editing commands and no other commands beyond being able to switch worksheets from NPC to PRT. Restarting didn't help, only clicking on a "different" link worked and opened it as editable. Otherwise it had the Google Drive symbol on the FireFox tab and not the editable spreadsheet icon.

Just giving out info for any other helpers just in case they have issues, too.

 

Ok, looks like this can happen if Google is rendering the page differently. Just noticed in another browser window the URL was:

Notice the "htmlview" vs. "edit". I have the spreadsheet up in 3 Chrome windows and one of them went to htmlview. Launched Edge and it went to edit. I think Google is choking under the load or is throttling.

 

I can't edit either. Have some updates for Elad's Lighthouse, now down to 109/139, 9 Village Water and 42 Village left. Reloaded and I can edit again, updated.

 

Agreed. I've been trying the various links and it doesn't seem to matter, sometimes it comes up as editable sometimes not. I think you're right, it's a Google issue so I guess the moral is to keep trying until you succeed

Update on Jaanaford - 16 village lots left.

Edit: 4 lots available on top of the upper falls.
4 lots available in the circle survey near the entrance. 1 of them is still a good prime location for a vendor, if you don't mind placing him at the back of the house.
The rest are along the road at the far end of Jaanaford.

Maybe if there are some village water lots left for me come my turn I will seriously check Harvest out my like-minded maybe future neighbor.

Yeah adding a legend on the sheet itself would be very nice indeed. I'm too terrified to edit it.

 

Odd, well I updated Aerie however it is not letting me edit now so I can't update the date time.

Got a spot, not commerce optimal but sure does have a nice view of the bay and town. Did not expect to see so many camped this morning.

I moved the original explanation text to the bottom of the spreadsheet, as it made the sheet more usable, albeit at the expense of some clarity.

Thanks! If you get the ready-only view, close it and launch another browser window and retry. Google is definitely throttling here.

I guess its safe to assume that either very few are considering PRT's or more likely, that part of the sheet is not being updated much.

 

I've found a lot I really like on at least one prt
Template and it's still not my first 5 choices. Without having any idea what the final area will look like its a hard sell.

At a minimum they need the npc core buildings. Though I guess the idea is that's what seperates them from the npc towns.

 

I'm still running around Novia updating the spreadsheet, I'll hit the NPC towns first then maybe in the evening run through some PRTs. It's just taking forever to update the NPC towns trying to run along everywhere, the few PRTs I went to had almost no lots taken, so that's good at least.

 

I think Xenos needs to be updated to green text. It's the same template as a bunch of the unfinished towns!

Which lot did you end up grabbing? That's the same layout as our town!

 

I picked the town lot next to the city lot by the lake inside, close to the back exit. I picked it purely for the views and so I can go fishing. Very nice and peaceful . Also close to britanny

 

Ooooo very nice! I saw someone with the town lot on the cliff side to the west. That's a great spot too.
