    So, I'm noticing my staff has parry but it's rating = 0 to 1 point lol

    Ah.. you must be really lucky to have found such a wand.. i never find anything like it, i have to create it myself :/

    I actually did enchant and masterwork it myself. I just got up to 50 masterworking in carpentry yesterday. Wands and staves are what I've been crafting to level it. I've got another I recently rolled up. It's a pretty nice Maple wand with 3 enchantments on it and 1 masterwork. I'm waiting to add another masterwork to it though. Hopefully it doesn't blow up. It's currently at +9.
