    Thank you, Celthon.

Yes, the walls were bought, not crafted. I believe the crafted version comes out grey.

I'm not done yet. :) I've still my own lot to claim to fill that void in the inner keep, and I'm eagerly anticipating another significant boost in the deco limit along with a few items on the post wipe schedule.

And the Public Gardens are complete:

They put the door back on the Garden Shed, and removed the floor. I like it that way. :)

I'm contemplating putting a Town Lot sized PvP Arena beneath. How useful are they? I know that people have raved about the long awaited Keep Lot arena. Is the Town Lot sized one useful?

Just finished touring Dawn's Keep. Amazing work! PM sent.

Also; a reminder to update the town's stats on the R32 land rush spreadsheet.

I've hatched a new plan... Partially dependent on performance tuning allowing more NPCs per lot... Partially dependent on the completion of the permissions system.

I have several Commission Free Vendors... I'm planning to set up several of them in the town square for residents who don't have or don't want vendors of their own to be able to use to sell their wares.

    More as the plan develops.

I for one will be very interested in hearing about your set-ups and how the permissions worked for using the Commission-Free Vendors for the use of Residents, as I had thought about setting up my Commission Free Vendor for residents in my POT.

I'd asked about it in a different thread (cannot find it now), and I was told that with the current Permission Mechanics one would have to put the Vendor on a lot which has been set to be a Guild House, and then all Guild Members could use it, if the settings regarding Kindred, Officer, etc. were set properly. But, based on that explanation if I were to set it up that way in my POT, all Town Residents would have to be in the same Guild, and then when setting Guild Permissions for the "Guild House" lot it opens the door to the Guild Members (Residents of the POT) then having access also to the Decorations, containers, etc. on that lot, unless every item except the Vendor were set to Private for/by the Governor.

I suppose one could set the Vendor to be accessible to Guild Members at Kindred level, and then make everything else in/on the lot to Officer or higher level, and then require every Town Resident who would like to use the Vendor to join the "Town Guild", and keep them all at Kindred level.

I admit to not being overly knowledgeable regarding the Permissions Settings, and everything I just wrote may be based on my misunderstanding that which was told to me in the other thread...I will search for it, and link it here, so if you're interested you can look at the answer and see if you come to the same conclusions.

    Edit: Found it https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/vendor-permissions-question.58640/

I don't believe guild membership is necessary... All residents using the Vendor would need to be set as a Kindred to the lot and the vendor permissioned appropriately... but that's theory at this point.

I always find this a particularly disturbing conjunction.

And I'll restate... those that criticize the graphics in this game are haters... and hater's gonna hate.

And the town square... Very much still a work in progress, pending an increase in the Deco Limit including the number of NPCs that can be placed on a lot, and the completed permissions system, but adequate and functional.

    And thanks to you, Wolfric.

Please extend my thanks to Marak and the other in your band, and do let me what you decide what is best for you and yours whatever that decision might be.

There is a place for you in Dawn's Keep should you decide my town is the answer to the question.

This looks amazing! I haven't seen anything like it yet, so when I stumbled upon this topic I was blown away. This will definitely be one of my next stops as I'm running on top of the map. Are the white castle parts broken in the same ways as the gray crafted ones, i.e. some parts don't fit properly together and they don't allow decorations on them?

    Thank you. :)
They do... but I haven't had any that I wouldn't consider to not fit together properly... Can you provide more detail? I'd wager that I have more practical experience with Castle Walls than anyone else associated with the product. :) They otherwise function just as other Castle Walls as regards decoration... I.E. they don't.

    Hail again

as my guild consider to become citizens of Dawn's Keep, we have some questions

    who live there already?

are there any new laws beside the Wheatons's Law, that you mentioned?

    what are the current plans?

and how could we help you in Dawn's Keep?

thank you for your time and answers

I am also a new resident of Dawn's Keep, well met. I have a sparsely furnished four story row house facing the crafting pavilion.
