Title: [B400] Right-clicking makes the mouse cursor to jump towards the reticle
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? yes, makes it difficult to interact especially with the other players

Details: Right-clicking makes the mouse cursor to jump towards the reticle.
As the mouse cursor jumps on each right-click, it is much more difficult
    to interact with players/vendors/companions/pets/items.
The bug has been present at least for past few releases.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Right-click in the non-combat mode

This issue is not visible when tested internally. This might be specific to your unique setup. We haven't had reports from other players, as I'm aware, relating to this issue. Is this a 100% occurrence? Do you have any other input devices you might be able to test with by changing it out with your current mouse? Any additional information you can provide for us to understand the nature of the bug and why it's occurring for you would help immensely. Thank you for reporting.

    More details:

Note: You have to play at below 1920x1080 resolution and in Fullscreen Mode for this bug to reproduce.

    Monitor: LG IPS235V-BN
    Fullscreen Mode: ON

    Tested mouses:
-Logitech M175 optical mouse, wireless, USB
-Dell MOA8BO optical mouse, wired, USB

Trying the other mouse did not change anything.
I tried out 1920x1080 resolution and I found out that the bug does not occur at resolution 1920x1080 on my system.
The bug occurs only at the below 1920x1080 resolutions on my system.

Frequency of occurrence of the bug at different resolutions:
    1027x768,50 Hz: 100%
    1152x648,50 Hz: 100%
    1152x864,50 Hz: 100%
    1280x720,50 Hz: 100%
    1280x768,50 Hz: 100%
    1280x960,50 Hz: 100%
    1280x1024,50Hz: 100%
    1600x900,50Hz: 100%
    1680x1050,50Hz: 100%
    1776x1000,50Hz: 100%
    1920x1080,50Hz: 0%

Rapidly right-clicking three times in a row at 1920x1080,50Hz causes the mouse cursor to relocate directly onto the Reticle, though. (Reproduction Rate: 100%). (EDIT: This isn't an issue and not connected to the bug)

I have this issue since a few Releases, too. Not very annoyed at it, and didn't think of reporting, tho. I abscribed to usual linux woes, and thought it'd solve itself as many other quirks.

I run at 1920x1080 fullscreen. Rest of specs in sig.
