Can't claim rewards

My add on purchase shows in my account with still having the ability to be broken down into credits. When I try to claim it in-game, I get the message that I have no rewards to claim. It is the spook wax cylinders, if that makes a difference.

 

I believe they stated in another thread that the wax cylinders did not make it in to this release. I'll look for the post to confirm.
