    Looks liek Crit wasnt touched. Its not in notes, and 5 min in game tells me that im criting MAYBE 5-7% not my what should be 30%. So no, looks like Crit chance at the very least was not fixed. Yaaaay.

    Nope, but that had to be expected.There were other critical issues on the table friday, so it was clear they'd deploy a fix for those issues first. Since no dev has commented on the crit issue we can assume that they need some more time looking into it.

    Much as this probably effected me, Id say I hadnt noticed.. until after the patch today, now, I know I could do 2 maybe 3 mobs (and yes Im a soft squishy noob but still) now I cant do 2.. it seems the moment there are 2 any hit success turns to rot, and I rarely kill 1 of 2, let alone 3 of 3...

    How are people finding the hit/crit chance since today's patch?

    With the crit chance fix they put out today.
    Im finding that my NORMAL attack with bow is doing my proper 30%.. the problem im finding is i have LESS chance to critical using skills.
    If i compare to pure rapid fire attacks im getting more like 10%

    Not sure what the calculations are, though the devs comented in one forum say they would announce a fix.

    I've been out of game for about 48 hours so I don't know exactly when things changed for me, but i'm definitely getting more crits now than two days ago. Still seems a bit low but not enough attempts yet to really know. Still...it's no longer nonexistent. :)

    EDIT: ok after a couple hours killing yellows, I think things seem pretty right for hunting equals (yellows). Can't comment on oranges or reds. Crit rate seems right, very minimal misses (maybe 1/40), normal damage seems normal now. Using buffs helps by amounts I would expect, stacking glyphs is nicely effective both for focus conservation and increased damage output.

    In other words, all the stuff that should do something seems to be doing what it should, fighting yellows.

    And aggro seems more normalized as well, although I've only been fighting out in open areas. But yellows are noticing me a bit more than pre-34, which seems more right, but they're not going nuts anymore like they were at the start of the week.

    Interesting. I was on last night and i was still off a solid 10% if not more.
    Will retest today and see what my numbers look like.

    @MrBlight Cool, post your results. And let me know if you're fighting yellows/oranges/reds. My sense is there's a pretty steeply reduced crit rate against tougher mobs, but I don't have good results yet. But I'd say orange rate seems cut in at least half, and red pretty much nonexistent. Which may be as intended - but if so then I think at least at orange there should eventually be some way to get it boosted better. I'd say something like yellows the 30% soft cap, oranges some way to boost to around 20%, and reds maybe boostable to 10%. Just tossing those numbers out.

    FFS.
    So heres a quick summarry, and why im not even going to bother doing anymore.

    I have - 17% Wep crit chance + 5% crit chance on Bow alone. I then have 5.5% from armor , and then 3.9% from skill boost.
    101 Ranged skill, 100 Aimed shot, 95 Rapid fire. 77 Blinding shot ( To reduce 25 dex from target first each fight ) These are the only 4 skills i used. (62 Eagle Eye passive )

    Yellow Elder wolves ( Low yellows to me, )
    168 shots -
    12 misses - 7.1%
    22 crits - 13.09%

    So im like okay.. ill try low greens.. 3 skull area.
    Timber wolves + bandits ..
    66 shots
    0 misses
    7 crits = 10.6% Lol.

    Thats the point i realized i dont know why pine / supple feels like its absolute garbage. =) so its not just in my head.
    I quick killed another 10 wolves while typen this and its the same if not lower.
    Lack of a dev response is whats making me frustated. =/

    I can do more.. but this is a quick little show of why this is frustrating me so much, and why im going to play rocket league for a bit before i even bother recording more.

    Did another little test and pretty much duplicates what i found here. I dont crit greens worth ****, and (i only test about 200 shots at a time) the highest ive gotten for crit chance is 15.4% on low level yellows ( ive tried dif mobs. Switching to skelis, wolves, thugs, bears etc)
    Still seems to obsolite my crit bonuses. Would love a dev to weigh in already, or add that its being worked on heh.
